The urbanization “Santa Margarita” belongs to the beautiful town Roses, located within the world-wide famous Mediterranean coast piece, known like the Costa Brava.

In Roses, the antique colony of Rodhe, town located within the it lines up of Alt Empordá, begins the amazing bay of it same name, that concludes in ruins of the millenarian Empúries

Its actual population is of 15.000 fixed habitants, although in summer they are more than 100.000 in this beautiful zone of the Mediterranean Sea.

Roses have an excellent road network, it communicates with Castelló d´Empuries to 9 km, to 18 km to Figueres and 65 Km from the airport of Girona. To 36 km it has the border step Le Perthus and to 45 Km the Portbou.

Also in Castelló d´Empuries is possible to be arrived at the Bay of Roses, but at some distance of the coast. Another road arrived to Cadaqués. The nearest Train Station is in Figueres.
